Ays Cleaner

By accessing or using Ays Cleaner ("the App"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to comply with them.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the App or any content therein.

The App and all its original content, features, functionality, design, and code are and will remain the exclusive property of Ays Apps and its licensors.

The Ays Cleaner name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Ays Apps. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the App, including device performance improvements or storage recovery.

Results may vary depending on device model, Android version, manufacturer customizations, and the amount of data present on your device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ays Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, device damage, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The App includes third-party services for advertising, push notifications, and analytics, including Unity LevelPlay (IronSource), Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Unity Ads, Yandex Ads, OneSignal, and AppMetrica.

These services are operated by independent providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. They may collect device identifiers, usage data, and related information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services integrated into the App. Your use of those services is subject to the respective provider terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised Terms will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
